Original diplomas and transcripts are issued within three weeks from the date that all graduate documentation is received, and all outstanding fees are paid. Subsequent copies of student records are available by request of the student or graduate only and can be obtained using the steps below. Original diplomas and transcripts are provided free of charge, subsequent copies are subjected to processing fees listed below.
Current and Former Students
To request a copy of your transcript, please follow the steps below:
- Complete: Transcript Request Form.
- Submit required forms, along with the $5 processing fee*, in-person at your campus or by mail. If you would prefer to submit forms and payments electronically, get in touch at records@academycanada.com.
*interested individuals can contact the records department (records@academycanada.com) for more details ragrding fee payment. However, email transfers are not accepted.
Graduate Records - Diploma Replacements
To request a replacement diploma certificate, please follow the steps below:
- Complete: Replacement Diploma/Certificate form. Complete (if option C selected): Lost Diploma/Certificate Declaration form. Note: The Declaration Form is for lost, stolen or destroyed diplomas only. This form must have your signature and the seal and signature of a Notary Public or Commissioner of Oaths or it will not be accepted.
- If records are being sent to a third party, also complete: Authorization for Disclosure of Personal Information form. Submit the required forms, along with the $50 processing fee, either in-person at your campus or by mail. If you would prefer to submit forms and payments electronically, get in touch at records@academycanada.com.
